Online Purchases

The Stable Door provides two secure payment methods. you have the option to use the PayPal system or securely checkout directly on our website using Credit Card Via MIGS (Bendigo Bank).

PayPal: Your credit card details will be transacted by PayPal. By placing orders with The Stable Door you accept and acknowledge that credit card details will be transacted through the PayPal system.

MIGS: Your credit card details are transacted securely via the Bendigo Bank. The Stable Door do not collect credit card details and your credit card information is NOT stored on our servers.

Postage

Instore stock is shipped wit in 1 - 2 business days.

Orders with multible items will be shipped once all items are available.

Items with (Please allow 2 - 4 business days before shipping) & ( Please allow 5 - 8 business days before shipping ) are items we order in on receipt of an order. While we do our best to ship with in these times Christmas & Public holidays may delay the shipping of orders. On receipt of your order if it is any delay in shipping you will be notified by Email if this is unacceptable we will immediately refund your order.

The Stable Door uses Australia Post regular mail. If you require express or registered mail then you need to request this. The Stable Door does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items with Australia Post. The only trace we can assist with in the recovery of lost goods is to submit a customer complaint to Australia Post requesting a trace.

In the event your product has not arrived, you need to contact The Stable Door to discuss a resolution.

Returns

Footwear must be tried on a carpeted area before wearing. Footwear that shows signs of wear will not be accepted for return. Boxes must be protected as they are considered as part of the product.

The Stable Door does not accept automatic returns. Upon discussion, and a case-by-case decision, we may receive returns of undamaged goods chosen from the online store.

Postage costs for returned items are the responsibility of the sender, not The Stable Door. Item must be returned in perfect condition in the The Stable Door original posting package. After the item is received a full refund will be initiated.

A full refund will be made for the product if it is in untouched condition. There is no refund on postage.

No "Change of mind" refunds.
